What You Must Be Informed About Safety Vests Orange
Most employees of an occupation that requires them to work in areas prone to high traffic will be required to wear an orange safety vest. When working in poor weather conditions that make visibility worse, there are class 2 vests that may be a better option as they provide a higher level of visibility. For workers in higher risk environments, there are also class 3 safety vests that provide the highest levels of visibility. These are suitable for nighttime use or drastic weather conditions that may make visibility low.
LED For Extra Visibility
Some of this clothing will also feature flashing LED lighting and is typically seen on emergency workers such as EMTs and police officers in response to an accident or other emergency, especially in high traffic areas. These reflective, LED vests are perfect for nighttime protection.
One of the most efficient types of lighting, LED lights turns on quickly, achieving maximum brightness in less than one second. It also burns cool which offers added protection to fabrics and skin. For these reasons, LED lighting is a wise choice as an added measure of protection.
Some LED lighting is known to offer more than 50 thousand hours worth of lighting and, as they burn out, they dim. Since the LED bulbs do not suddenly go dark, users have the opportunity to replace them before they lose the lighting fully. They offer shock resistance unlike other lights so they are more convenient to use.

Safety vests are only one of many different types of reflective clothing available on the market. With the number of options available, choosing the right vest is easy. This article of clothing remains the first choice as it is effective and offers features such as mesh or several pockets that make it versatile depending on the job being done. These are available for purchase in many locations both individually or in bulk.
Other Styles
The safety vest orange gives the wearer the opportunity to be seen under conditions that may make visibility otherwise compromised. These items are all regulated by ISEA (International Safety Equipment Association) to protect the lives of many and to keep a wide range of employees safe.
